The Guilt-Free Parmesan Lollipops are the perfect idea for your next cocktail. They will not last much. Enrich your aperitif with the parmesan cheese lollipops, and your guests will never be disappointed!

It takes just a few minutes to cook the Guilt-Free Parmesan Lollipops, and even less to eat them! Your little guests will love them as well.
You can add a variety of seeds to make them testier and always healthy:
- sesame
- poppy seeds
- pumpkin seeds
Last but not least, you can prepare them in advance, and they will be perfect to serve at the right moment.


Ingredients
- 150 gr finely grated Parmesan cheese
- poppy seeds
- pumpkin seeds
- sesame
- butter
- 14 wood skewers
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 420F.
- Mix 1/3 of the parmesan with sesame.
- Grease the parchment paper. Use a round 3 inches cookie cutter to help you maintain the circular shape.
- Pour one tbsp of parmesan cheese with sesame inside the cookie cutter, and with a spoon slightly press the cheese: it has to be not too thick and not too thin.
- Take off the cookie cutter and put the wood skewer in the middle of the lollipop (with the point in the middle of the circle). Cover the wood skewer with some more cheese.
- Bake the lollipops for 5 minutes until the cheese golden browns.
- Let the lollipops cool down for 2 minutes and then take them off the parchment paper. Be really careful and delicate.
- Repeat the process with mixing another 1/3 of the parmesan cheese with poppy seeds, and then with pumpkin seeds.
- Put them in a high glass, or skewer them in a bread loaf, or wherever you prefer, and start to enjoy them!
Notes
You can also microwave them (1000 W for 90 seconds).
